    • If youre going through stuff right now.. its cool ;-) check in with what you normally do in these times, with your normal self judgement that youre not doing x or y.... let that shit go, embrace whatever is coming up and know that the faster you become ok with it, while being ready to take responsibility for it.. the faster it will release and youll get whatver you were supposed to get soon after... But the longer you're in your mind..beating yourself up, the harder it will be able to see through the fog! Breathe - get back into your body Dont try and calm or clear the.mind,juat breathe and focus on your breath and ask yourself how you feel Then notice your internal dialogue that comes with that Be with whatever is coming through - aak questions...but if you get no answer for now, that's ok... come back to the breath and body and let go of the attachment to the knowing..it will come when you least expect it if you keep connecting with your feelings 🙏
