State Change with Luyana
Luyanas “I’m not smiling face”.. as I show her how quickly she can change her state
I picked her up from school yesterday and she was in the foulest mood. A few quality questions later and she starts crying her eyes out.
Turns out the teacher pulled out her number in the raffle, but then binned it and said she’d been disruptive and rude And had been naughty just before her number was called.
I asked her how that made her feel..
“Sad” she said
I asked her why she thought he did that
“I wasn’t rude” she ushered
Have you been rude at other times?
She looked at me with a face of realisation
Do you think maybe he overreacted to you this time as you’ve been rude a lot recently so mistook your excitement in this case for being disruptive?
She nodded her head
So Luyana what’s it mean to you this sadness? What do you think you’ll think in future as a result?
“That the teacher doesn’t like me and I’m not sure what else”
Now sometimes Luyana is able to get the awareness, sometimes not…
This time No.
I can see that there’s a few programs already activated from her earlier years. It would be better for her to release the program now, but she isn’t quite realising the self significance of why it made her feel so sad yet..
What’s the backup?
I tell her that if she smiles the transmitters in her face linked to her brain can’t help but make her feel happier
So she smiles (as you can see in the pic)
She instantly starts feeling happier and cheers up after that.
I’ll now look forward to her program of not being good enough and seeking acceptance being activated again and maybe with the extra layer of awareness she’ll realise WHY she was even showing up disruptive in the first place 😉
I COULD just leave it at that and each time she doesn’t feel good enough, give her a coping mechanism (state change, breath work, eft etc..) to get her feeling good again,
But you know WHAT?!
She would still not truly understand WHY she felt the way she did and most likely make even more assumptions (that her EGO would love!) on how the world interacts with her that she would fight and fight as her EGO seeks to keep her safe and her soul seeks to be who she’s destined to be….
I personally feel THAT:
YOU should wake up every day feeling
If you don’t there’s something that needs addressing.
YES do your morning routines and do your daily rituals.. of course. Why would you not?! They’re amazing and help your energy and flow throughout the rest of the day…
1. when you meditate do you meditate with presence and awareness asking questions as you feel into things and embrace what’s showing up..
2. Do you mediate to change your state and feel better?
There’s nothing wrong with the latter.. BUT if you’re needing to do it continually.. every day even. There’s something that needs addressing.
You shouldn’t need to do EFT before you feel energised and raring to go..
You shouldn’t need Priming before you are able to leave the warmth of your bed..
Of course sometimes we have our lower moments, but my point is..
that if you’re not innately happy, you’re not innately energised and feeling positive about the world
THEN there are parts of you that you are not acknowledging
Feelings, hurts, lack of expression, wounds, trauma, that moment your mum told you to be quiet..
Whatever it may be.. don’t judge the perceived severity, it makes no difference to the intensity of the ascribed meaning
To be clear. I don’t want you to dig for the sake of digging.
BUT if you are not feeling good, if there’s an emotion/feeling ever present in your energy
Overwhelm, depression, anxiety, stress, sadness, frustration, anger, feeling lost and off purpose…. etc etc..
THEN you can fastrack every aspect of your life by
1. acknowledging what/the feeling is truly coming up for you/showing up in your life
2. Accepting it
3. Asking where the feeling/situation comes from…. when did you first feel this?
4. Release/forgive that energy/situation
5. See the reason for that situation/see the gift in why it happened and invite in new energies/opportunities
And guess what?!
You’ll feel lighter, more energised, happier, more at peace, in flow.. the list goes on!
AND THIS WILL BE WHO YOU ARE at your core and all those who you assigned to help feel it,
Without the need to pump yourself to feel good, without the need to “motivate” yourself
You will move and act from a place of inspiration
AND energetically, emotionally, mentally and physically you will give other people permission to be the same
So ask yourself before, during and after each ritual, routine or coping mechanism you use (including sex, drugs, alcohol, food)
“how do I feel right now?”
“What’s the emotion im feeling?”
“What’s the intensity?”
And the more you question yourself and how you are showing up
The more you’ll understand yourself, others and the world that’s showing up around as something that you can change in an isntant
BUT not by changing your temporary state
BUT BY permanently changing who you are are your energetic core

P.S. Luyana isn’t quite there yet to always access the point of creation and understand herself. Her EGO is still desperately trying to make sense of the world.
You however, have your EGO in place. It’s got you this far. Thank it for its purpose.
Now it’s time for you to get in tune with who you truly are and in alignment with your true purpose
