Always be questioning, always be testing and always be feeling into your own truth.
This is what Hampstead Heath looks like at 5am as the sun rises..
Over the last 10 years I’ve tested 100’s of diets, meditation techniques, spiritual/personal development protocols, workout methods, brain hacking, neurotransmitter optimisation.. you name it, I’ve tried it.
NOT BECAUSE I get sidetracked by shiny objects, but because I always seek to understand… there’s always a better way to the conventional methods.. don’t believe everything you read or get told till you can understand and prove it yourself 😉
I NOW GET UP between 4am and 4.30am each morning (unless with a lady friend then naked cuddles are something to be appreciated :-p).
I used to always ascribe to 8-9 hours sleep a night. I’ve tried many times in the past to get up “early”..
It never worked for me. I felt tired. I felt groggy. My brain wasn’t happy and my testosterone got affected!
BUT it’s always good to continually revisit previous decisions on how you “think” things are and try things with new perspectives at a new consciousness
And..
I’ve been testing it again the last couple of months purely to fit in more breathwork each day and have no found that I’m getting more done, have more insight and connection to spirit and overall loving it.
The slight nuance to this success compared to previous tests?
*Breathwork*
I’ll be sharing it with you guys soon in my “self awareness with duke” group all that I’ve been testing, but suffice to say since I’ve been doing at least an hour per day of breathwork I eat less, sleep less and have better connection to all that is.
Keep testing!
Keep questioning and
Keep getting closer to your own truth 🙏
P.s. Remember there are 3 types of knowledge. Blind faith, intellectual and experienced. Until you experience it, you don’t truly understand it 😉
