  2. 1 Any dukesayer Ltd products are provided by dukesayer Ltd solely, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company no. /09669414). References to ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ relate to dukesayer Limited.
  3. 2 The Products consist of either an online training, course, guide, consulting, or outsourcing services.
  4. Payments
  5. 1 All payments are required upfront in order to receive goods.
  6. Refunds
  7. 1 Any product purchased is non-refundable unless the product is found to be one of the following:
  • Plastic seal has been broken prior to receipt
  • Product is faulty due to manufacturing
